Managed Care Insurance
Dallas Endoscopy Center participates in a variety of health insurance plans and will file your insurance for you. The patient is responsible for deductibles and co-insurance payments. Any medical care determined by your insurance company to be a "non-covered benefit" is also your responsibility. It is very important that you notify us of any change in your insurance coverage. Incorrect information could mean delays in payment from your insurance company. In order to reduce waiting time, it is a good idea to confirm coverage several days before your scheduled appointment, remember always to have your insurance information with you.

Medicare Beneficiaries
DEC also is a licensed Medicare provider. We will bill Medicare directly for fees associated with your care. As a beneficiary of Medicare, you are responsible for deductibles and co-insurance.
