Getting Ready for the Procedure

• Have someone available to take you back home
• Leave all valuables at home
• Bring a photo ID and insurance cards
• Take your morning blood pressure medications in the morning with a sip of water
• If you are diabetic follow your physician's orders
• List all your allergies
• Facility fees are separate from doctors professional fee, be prepared to cover your co-pay and/or deductible
• Arrive to facility ONE hour before your scheduled appointment
